after updating imac to Sonoma 14.5 I am asked to enter keychain password

I keep getting popup boxes. These are some of them:

Transparent network proxy for Apple system services wants to use the "login" keychain

Please enter the keychain password

Lightroom Classic wants to use the "login" keychain

Please enter the keychain password

com.apple.iCloudHelper wants to use the "login" keychain

Please enter the keychain password

Why am I getting these?? I have never had an issue like this before. It's just after I updated to Sonoma 14.5.

I entered my password and they still keep popping up making anything I want to do impossible.

Leroy, you could have given me all the information the first time you answered my question. I was not familiar with keychain access.

I had to ask you how to find the keychain access.

Now, this morning those boxes are popping up again. So, I looked at my other computer that I bought last fall and when right clicking on the lock and selecting "change settings for keychain login" I noticed that lock after ___ minutes was not checked. The computer that was giving me issues had that box check marked. So I unchecked.

Dear self,

If you are having the issue I stated above, do the following:

Command spacebar

Search for keychain access

You will see a lock icon next to login. Click on that to unlock it.

Right click the lock and choose "change settings for keychain login".

If the box next to Lock after is checked, you can uncheck it.

Thank you.
