Audio Editor for iPad

First of all, I am not particularly tech minded. So, please keep that in mind with responses.🙃

Is there audio editing software for iPad? I looked in the App Store and saw WavePad which I’m told is quite easy to use but when I downloaded… it was in German.

I had to buy a pc laptop in order to use Adobe Audition or Audacity, and I used it for that purpose only….audio editing. Otherwise, I have strictly used iPad for all else for the past 15 years.

(I had to replace the pc recently but it has S-Mode which is very restrictive. I can use WavePad on the current pc though.)

Is there a solution? I really dislike having to use pc for anything.
