Apple card for cash advance at ATM

I will be traveling and want to know if I can use my Apple Credit Card (either physical card) or in my Apple Wallet at an ATM. I called Goldman and she said no, but on the apple site it says yes, you need your PIN. So

1) CAN I use my Apple credit card to get cash from an ATM, and

2) HOW can I set or change the PIN?
