Apple Pay for another country
if i bought an apple watch in country that does not support apple pay atm e.g Indonesia, and if i wanna go abroad to other countries that support apple pay, can i use the apple pay feature?

Credit/debit cards used for Apple Pay must be from participating banks in the region for which your device is registered.
Indonesia is not in the list Countries and regions that support Apple Pay and therefore you won't be able to set up Apple Pay with an Indonesian card if your Apple Watch has its region set for Indonesia.
If you reside in another country, for which Apple Pay is active, and you have set the region on the watch to that country, a card from that location should work. However, I infer from your question that you live in Indonesia so that would not apply.
