I deleted all albums from apple music library, this deleted all of my saved songs

I thought it was ridiculous that saving a song to a playlist shows the whole ALBUM as in my apple music library for some reason (only for it to include the specific songs added from that album; nonetheless it's stupid). So trying to fix this I unchecked both "add songs to my library when I add to:" options, and then deleted all my albums thinking, hey, if this somehow messes up everything at least I can click command + Z and everything will be back, right? WRONG. Now ALL of my songs are gone from ALL of my playlists, and I want them all back. It's absolutely ridiculous that somebody can even accidentally do this in Apple Music. I will genuinely go back to Spotify if I can't get all my songs back, I'm livid.

Hi,

When you add music to your library, they are added as albums. When you make playlists, the music app creates links to the songs in the album. If you delete the album, you also delete the tracks contained in that album and therefore deletes the track from playlist.

Unless you can recover the music from the waste bin or backup that you have created, I’m afraid that the music is gone for good. If you purchased music from iTunes Store, you may be able to re-download the music.
