when I’m out walking, Apple Watch start a question: do you want to register your training session. But no and I’m tired of repeating this several times every day. How do I turn off once and for all?

Here’s how you can do it:
On Your Apple Watch
1. Press the Digital Crown to go to the Home screen.
2. Tap on the Settings app.
3. Scroll down and tap Workout.
4. Find and turn off Start Workout Reminder.
On Your iPhone
1. Open the Watch app.
2. Tap the My Watch tab at the bottom.
3. Scroll down and tap Workout.
4. Toggle off Start Workout Reminder.
By turning off this setting, your Apple Watch will no longer prompt you to start a workout session when it detects that you are walking or performing other activities. This should prevent the repetitive notifications you’re experiencing.

You can easily shut that off on your Watch by going to Settings > Workout > Start Workout Reminder, and shut it off.
