I’ve been missing mostly all of the calls I get from my doctors (all in my contacts) yet I’ll have a vm. Nothing shows a missed call.
I’ve noticed this when I’m on Facebook or Instagram.
I don’t have any settings set that would prompt this.
I’ve noticed it happening within the last 2 months.
I wouldn’t care so much if they were not my doctors but this is crazy.

UPDATE 06/07/24 !!!
After speaking with Apple Support, I was told this was the setting that is supposedly causing the problem:
Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification > Business Connect ID > toggle to off
I guess I’ll find out Monday if this in fact was the issue when my MD. calls me.

Nothing on that list is set to affect my calls.
I’m so annoyed with this BS with these phones lately, it’s disgusting.
Every call from my doctors to set up surgery has been going straight to VM, nothing on missed calls.
My surgeons are not easy to get a hold of and now I’ve missed EVERY CALL FROM THEM SINCE 8:30am until now.
No other calls I got today did this.
wth is going on??!!
insanely ridiculous with this. Can’t even trust this junk in an emergency.
