Hi! I just bought an AppleWatch series 8 and I want to connect it to my phone, but I have a problem, it asks me to update to the new version of watchOS 10... I tried about 5 times, but every time it says that it can't update!

Yes I have the latest version of iOS installed on my phone… I have iPhone 13 Pro Max and the watch is Apple Watch Series 8
Correct, your iPhone and Apple Watch have to be connected via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to download and install any watchOS update.
