Canceling subscriptions

So I have some subscriptions that are trying to charge my card. In setting when I go to my subscriptions I can see some of them but not all. I cant find my Netflix subscription in settings. There is an app that I am subscribed to that I dont the name of. My question is how do I find my subscriptions that aren’t in settings?

Netflix stopped allowing subscriptions through Apple some time ago, and only people that have never cancelled it are still charged by Apple for it, so its likely you are subscribed directly with them, and you would need to go to their own website to manage it.

Similarly for other subscriptions that may not be charged through your Apple account.

What do you see for the charge in your payment method's statement for this other app? It should provide an idea at least of what the App is.

Charges for subscriptions charged through your Apple account will appear as "apple.com/bill" on your payment method's statement. Anything else on your statement that does not show up as "apple.com/bill" is not billed by Apple, and by extension would not appear on your account.

Also note, if you are the Family Organizer in a Family sharing group, subscriptions started by other members may be charged to you, but not appear in your subscriptions. If you are a Family Organizer, look in the accounts of other family members for the subscriptions.

Any subscription service that you sign up to on a website will not be visible in your Settings as this bypasses Apple's ability to cancel the subscription as you normally would when made from an in-app purchase.

Netflix is just one example of a company that will manage your subscription on their website and you will need to cancel that subscription there as well. Many apps also have a website where they will want to manage the subscriptions themselves so you cannot cancel them in the normal method offered by Apple. They are billing you directly and bypassing Apple.

If a website is billing you and you are unable to resolve the problem with them, you will need to dispute the charge with the billing method that is being used.
