How can I resolve the issue of payment deduction but no access on Apple Music?

I'm a apple music user. i use this service on my android phone. I've paid 1 month subscription fee but i didn't get it app and web player still showing that I haven't selected and paid for any plan but my amount has already been deducted from my account.
