Can I edit a Workout to add extra time I forgot to track?

I ‘d like to know if a workout can be edited versus a whole new one added in order to add the extra minutes when I forgot to start my watch initially.

Try this to edit your recorded workout

  1. Go to Health on the IPhone App
  2. Scroll down to “Workouts” and select it
  3. Scroll down to “Show all Data”
  4. Select “Edit”
  5. Note the time the workout to be edited began, and number of workout minutes before deleting

Thank you. It seems as if no actual “edits” can occur though, it can be duplicated to add the correct amount of time for the whole event but not an edit (edit only allows for deletion). Did I misunderstand what you were suggesting though? Thanks for your time.
