Hi! A month ago I bought an Iphone 14 Pro Max. For only a month of using it, the battery health went from 100% to 96%. Is this normal? I don't even use it thaaat much. Before that I had an Iphone 13 and I didn't have the same problem.

Did you buy it new, or used? Most likely used, because the 14 Pro Max was discontinued by Apple 8 months ago. But even it it was new, it has been sitting gathering dust for 8 months, and, if it wasn’t kept charged, that will cause significant battery degradation.
Battery health decreased with 4% for a month
