can’t activate my phone because it doesn’t work with sim
so i have an iphone 8 which i reseted and it saysunable to activate.i connected it to itunes and it said it couldn’t activate because the phone doesnt work with sim

try and contact the carrier for a new sim or see if you need to install a carrier settings update:
- Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Tap Settings > General > About.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
