My mom with her new iPhoneSE somehow left a group chat with me and my dad —she can still see our messages, but can’t reply. How can she get back in? For both my dad and me she looks like she’s still in the chat; we don’t have the option of adding her back.

Start a new group chat with everybody included.
That doesn’t work. It just puts replies on the existing chat, to which she can’t reply, though she can, for some reason, see the messages still
