Earpiece speaker distorting on the iPhone 15

Certain Videos cause distortion in the earpiece speaker on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I have checked multiple forums but there isn’t any proper solution to this.

I have also noticed that the distortion amplifies especially outdoors when the system is trying to automatically adjust the brightness to max capacity. Probably pumping the phones resources to achieve this.

iPhone 12 ear speaker not working Last year in June my ear speaker along with screen was changed , now again within 10 months same problem of ear speaker. last time it was manufacturing defects and again today same. why IPhone 12 ear speaker issue is not resolved. Should we go on each ten months replace it.
