Earpiece speaker distorting on the iPhone 15

Certain Videos cause distortion in the earpiece speaker on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I have checked multiple forums but there isn’t any proper solution to this.

I have also noticed that the distortion amplifies especially outdoors when the system is trying to automatically adjust the brightness to max capacity. Probably pumping the phones resources to achieve this.
