I ran 7km today and recorded it with a workout on my apple watch, but i didn’t get the global running day medal. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Global running day medal is scheduled for June 5th.

Being able to read the fine print till the end can be a big advantage.
I chose "Indoor Run for running on a treadmill", did the needed 5k run on the treadmill and I'm also waiting for the Global Running Day award.
However, I did get another 5k-Run award right after finishing the treadmill run, so something did count somehow.
