Why do labels, words and numbers pop up all over the screen?
Whichover app or page I am on there are labels and words that appear under each function. How do I turn that off?

You have Voice Control enabled. Disable it in System Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control, or if you want it enabled, set "Overlay" to "None".
