Problems with mail not syncing, missing drafts and ‘an error occurred’

Im suddenly having issues with my outlook account on my iPhone 15, only purchased a month ago. It’s not syncing with emails sent from my laptop (eg emails I have sent from a laptop not showing in sent items) all my drafts have disappeared and now I am getting messages saying ‘an error occurred’ when I send an email. It’s all been over the last day or two. Any ideas what might be happening? Really appreciate any ideas people have.
