Unable to create a new Apple ID. "Your request could not be completed at this time. Your account cannot be created at this time."

Hi, i'm trying to create new Apple ID's with a couple of our new employees and we are unable to finish the process. We fill in all the user info but then an error message pops up:

"Your request could not be completed at this time. Your account cannot be created at this time."

No issues with connectivity, tried multiple accounts with multiple e-mails and numbers, still the same issue. We have tried it from iPhone, from iCloud.com and from appleid.apple.com but all with the same result.

Everything worked until last week and suddenly our new employees cannot create Apple ID's for their work devices.

(Maybe can somebody from Apple Support check if MOHG.com domain got blocked and if so, unblock it for us?)

Any thoughts?

“At this time" is unfortunately a somewhat vague Apple catch-all error message. It could mean that you cannot connect to the Apple service you need to use, or it could mean there is something invalid or missing in your information entry and once you correct that, _then_ it is the right time. ;-)

Check if the problem is at Apple’s end of things and if there’s an issue with Apple's servers: Apple - Support - System Status

Check what you are doing is valid (such as when creating an account all your information is consistent for the country in which you are creating the account) and has all the information required. Confer with Apple's documentation about the action you are trying to do. If you still have problems, contact official Apple Support:

Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Correction: Newly created account (in iTunes) is unusable anywhere. We cannot log in, cannot reset password, cannot do anything. And re-create the same account was also not possible. We had to call Apple Support line and let them allow every single e-mail address for each account. One address per call (they couldn't do all at once.) At least issue "solved."
