iMac 2020 crashing after Sonoma update
Hi!
I have been using my iMac only for graphic design, not 3D or gaming, since I updated to Sonoma, It keeps:
1- Crashing very often (seems like restarting but I don't see the apple logo! just the screen becomes dark and then the login page appears) no matter what I am doing, while browsing, working with Illustrator or Photoshop or just watching YouTube.
2- Crashing totally (Black screen showing the message "your computer restarted because of a problem" in different languages)
3- The Illustrator keeps crashing while working, no matter if it is a heavy file or a simple artwork.
- All the apps from adobe creative cloud are licensed and updated.
- I did the diagnostics and no issues found. Reference code: ADP000
Read the discussions and saw the recommended method to troubleshoot with Ethercheck, While using the app, the Ethercheck app itself crashed!)) only second time it worked!
All the reports and screenshots are attached.
