HDR photos and videos in Instagram Stories

On Instagram I can see bright photos and videos in REELS and STORIES. This is HDR.

But I can't load HDR video into stories. Why is that? I have all settings enabled.

Or is it because my phone is an old model? (iPhone 12)

Photo selfies How to turn off hdr in the IPhone 15 Pro. When I look to the screen everything look nice, but in the moment I take a selfies it changes colours, making it looks like ****** Android photo. The selfies are terrible in new phone, whereas even my old IPhone 7 Plus took the photo better
