Texting with Siri or Dictation, Siri sends names with the emojis that are associated with their contact

When I am texting with Siri or just with dictation in messages, every time I say my husbands name, it sends his name with the emoji that I have next to his name. Obviously other people don't need to see the heart emoji next to his name. I have tried removing the emoji, putting the emoji in the last name box, putting it in the nickname field, deleting and re-adding the entire contact without the emoji. At this point I don't care if the emoji is in his contact or not, I just want my phone to stop sending it to people. My husband has a very common name so sometimes I'm not even talking about him.
