When will "Civil War" be available for purchase on Apple TV in the UK?

Hi. Probably a silly question but does anyone know when the movie Civil War will be available for purchase in the UK Apple Store? At the moment it’s only available for rental but i would rather own it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
