Restore Notes Exchange a/c data from backup
My setup is:
MacBook Pro 2019 Intel processor
Sonoma 14.5
Notes Version 4.11 (2817)
I put a lot of data into a Notes a/c on my MacBook Pro for a few months when it was disconnected from the Exchange server. The Internet a/c on the Mac would not accept the (correct) password for the Exchange a/c. I resolved this by deleting the Exchange a/c on the Mac and reinstalled it, successfully - it now synchronises with the Exchange server successfully. However, the data in the Notes app on the MacBook has disappeared and it now shows the out of date Notes data which is on the Exchange server. To forestall any answers about iCloud backup, Notes does not backup the Exchange a/c on iCloud, that is synched with the Exchange server, when Notes is connected to it, which it wasn't for a few months before the synching was restored by the deletion & reinstallation of the Exchange a/c.
I have attempted to restore the Notes data from a backup of the MacBook made before the MacBook's Exchange a/c was deleted. I have copied from the backup the folder Library_Group Containers_group.com.apple.notes and the 11 folders shown below from Library_Containers_com.apple.Notes.[name]
This hasn't worked - Notes still shows the Exchange a/c notes from the server, not the ones which were on the MacBook before the Exchange a/c was deleted & reinstated.
How do I recover the Notes Exchange data which was on the MacBook which I have lost?
