I have setup a new PC Windows 11 from W10. I moved all my music over and also the library files. I have no music showing at all in iTunes? Nothing. How can I restore my library? I still have a copy of the old drive with all the files but am stumped as to ho to get my music back in iTunes?? TIA

Do you by any chance have the Apple Music, Apple TV App or Apple Devices App installed?
If you have any of those installed, iTunes is disabled, and you will not see your music there. You will only see Podcasts and AudioBooks.
If you have the Apple Music app installed, then your Music should appear there.
Are you sure the itl file is the correct one?
The may be more than one itl file. You need to find and open the correct one when starting iTunes with the shift key held down.
It may be worth trying the shift-start-iTunes method (option on a Mac) to actively select the .itl file that should contain your library.

Yes, I did that. When I open the *.itl file in iTunes, there is NO MUSIC, even though I have a folder with a few gigs of music in it?
It is the one from my old PC and is pretty large file? As far as I know the file structure is the same as on the old box.
Holy Cow! I do not remember installing it, but yes, it is there and yes, all my music is there. Now the question is, can I sync with my phone? Because the iPhone never shows up in iTunes?
Yes, will need the Apple Devices app for that now.
Apple separated iTunes into 3 different apps now. They did so many years go on Mac and have recently done the same for Windows.
