Why is my Mastercard "not eligible for Apple Pay?" Why did my Apple Pay App disappear? I have a credit balance that I cannot use.

The eligibility of a card is determined by the bank that issued the card. Banks pay a little bit out of each transactions because using Apple Pay reduces fraud. Some banks don’t want the cards they issue to work in Apple Pay because it costs them money.
