iBook themes needing WiFi

I just updated to iOS 17.5.1 and now my preferred theme on iBooks is saying I need to be connected to WiFi exclusively to use it, not cell data. The error only shows up for “quiet”, “calm”, and “focus”. I’ve never had this issue of needing WiFi to use the theme I want. Any suggestions?
