HomePod mini doesn’t activate a shortcut

Hi all, when switch off Siri on my HomePod mini the shortcut works fine from my iPhone. When turn Siri back on on my HomePod mini and I say the phrase, Siri on my HomePod mini says “okay, done” but nothing happens. I have removed the shortcut and replaced it, I have restarted my HomePod, I have restarted my router, I have turned off WiFi and Bluetooth on my phone, I have basically done everything I could find in this community about this topic, but nothing seems to work. Can someone please help me figure this out? It would be much appreciated.

I forgot to mention it’s concerning automatic curtains. Now in one room it still works fine from my HomePod but now I’ve added the living room and that’s where the problems began. So same automatic curtains, but different devices in different rooms. The “guest room” was added yesterday and the living room today.
