Why am I unable to reply to messages on my iPhone 13 Pro?

I am using 13Pro, and it's updated to the latest software, but the problem is with my messages I can receive messages but I can not reply. I have troubleshooter, restarted, and so but it doesn't work. Please any assistance from you guys.
