No, it won't have a physical sim slot. So don't buy a refurbished phone from Apple USA. Also, if you buy a phone in the US, but live in Egypt, it will have no warranty in Egypt.

I can't speak for Amazon, so I have no clue. If you think that by buying an iPhone (new or refurbished) not in the country you live will save you money, think again. It won't have any warranty in Egypt. NONE. Are you prepared to purchase an airline ticket to bring the phone back to the US for warranty support if you need support?
Just buy the phone where you live. And if you don't take this advice, don't come back complaining if you have an issue.
