How do I go back to Set Up Assistant?

I was mid flow in set up assistant on my new MacBook and at the bottom left it said 'set up later' I thought this was just for the one specific item I was on, but in fact it closed the whole assistant. @apple you might want to provide a safety check on that function as it was totally unclear! Anyway zero idea how to get back to the set up assistant now and have not seen any clear answers on the community platform so far. I absolutely don't want to reset, there must be a way to get back if it offers you the option to 'set up later'!? Any whizzes out there that can help? Thanks so much!!
