Why is my iPhone 13 Pro screen refresh rate limited to 60 Hz?

so ive had my iphone 13 pro for 4 days already,and since the start i saw the screen doesnt go more than 60hz,ive heard people say on twitter,telegram its smooth but its not for me,i dont know what to do can someone help me?low battery is off and limit frame rate too by the way

Screen Tearing is the Culprit:

Apple has implements this into their newer iPhones. What is 120 Hz is seen in the GUS as 60Hz, though it is indeed intended to show 120Hz.


A "Smooth" iSight Camera:

The pixelation and refresh rate of a video created on an iSight Camera aren't all that for a superb for a slow mo video. The refresh rate is going to make it just not be so crisp as you may like. So, there's really nothing else you can do, but try with a Web cam that is connected to your cocmuter, or smoother optical device made to get slow mo photos.
