Logitech G933 headset not working with mac

Hello everyone...

I bought a Logitech G933 headset and it's not working with my Macbook. I have a MacBook Pro Retina, 15-inch (2016).

I plug my headset into the laptop and once I play anything with sound (Photos app or a browser, etc...), for only 2 second I can hear a sound.

Does anyone know of any other way to get this headset to work on Mac?

Wireless headphones problems on macbook air Recently, I can only hear sound from the left side of my HyperX Cloud 2 Wireless when it’s connected to my MacBook Air via the 2.4GHz receiver. However, the headphones work perfectly on my PC, and other Bluetooth headphones also work fine with my MacBook.

I updated and restarted my Macbook and now it works correctly
