How do I turn off syncing for Chrome on my iPhone?

I need to turn off sync iPhone is syncing my Chrome Gemini is syncing all my information . I'm the admin of device but Google doesn't let me in account because I can't remember Password & also sign is sent to my email and I have no way to open email. I lost my phone and someone hacked into it and changed password? Everything time I go back on my chrome all the data has been erased or moved? They know every thing & constantly change the settings. Because my admin privileges are the only way to lock them out. My new phone is hacked they have my WiFi info , turn off doorbell , camera's and it's a nightmare. Google will not help at all??
