Green/black on Iphone 13 after IOS 17.5.1

Hi, I just updated my Iphone 13 this morning to IOS 17.5.1, and about some minutes later the screen turned a strange shade of green/black. I'm certain I have not dropped it too hard or into water, ever. Can you give me some suggestions for the cause of the issue, thanks in advance.

Yellow screen on 13 pro was scrolling through TikTok and my phone suddenly turns yellow without warning.. I've not dropped it or get it wet. I only game with the phone. Iphone 15 pro max half white screen I’ve never dropped my phone or had it submerged in water. Today, the bottom half of my screen went completely white. It eventually went back to normal, but now it intermittently flickers white. I’m worried it’s going to break? My phone is in pristine condition and never had any issues. Has this happened to anybody else?
