Creating a negative image in Photos

I would like some simple tool to create a negative image (something like an analog negative) in the Photo app on the iPad. Is it somehow possible?

I don't know where I might be able to tell Apple to my hope to consider providing a feature on iPhone. iPhone is very convenient and very influential to many of us in handling many daily tasks. We also take photos by iPhone as scanning documents. Sometimes, we really want smaller size for the photos with fewer pixels and relatively lower resolution for some documents with only pure text or pure math equations. Would it be possible for iPhone to provide some more options for us to use black/white or lower resolutions while taking photos of some documents? Sincerely genuinely thanks a lot!

iPadOS doesn't have a built-in tool that can create negative images from a photo.

You will need to find a photo-editing App that meets you need - of which there will be many available, of varying complexity, within the Apple App Store.

Try using a Google search to find a suitable App that you like.
