Stop unwanted Notifications - Apple Community might be applicable, but you ought to describe the reason for your concern.

"Spyware" is vague. If you were to perform a web search for "How to remove spyware from Safari?" all you will get are scams.

Describe what's wrong. Avoid The XY Problem.

Just clear safari history that’s all and don’t click over weirds sites where says that your Mac it’s being infected with viruses because that’s fake alerts

Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac

You can remove all records that Safari keeps of where you’ve browsed during a period of time you choose. If your Mac and your other Apple devices have iCloud set up for Safari, your browsing history is removed from all of them. Clearing your browsing history in Safari doesn’t clear any browsing histories kept independently by websites you visited.

  1. In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.
  2. Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.

When you clear your history, Safari removes data it saves as a result of your browsing, including:

  • History of webpages you visited

  • The back and forward list for open webpages

  • Frequently visited site list

  • Recent searches

  • Icons for webpages

  • Snapshots saved for open webpages

  • List of items you downloaded(downloaded files aren’t removed)

  • Websites added for Quick Website Search

  • Websites that asked to use your location

  • Websites that asked to send you notifications

You do not have Spyware from Safari. It would be best to describe what you are seeing, and you will get the information needed to resolve your issue. Knowing the device you are using will also be helpful. For example, if you are using a Mac and see a Notification in the upper right of your screen claiming you are being stalked, all you need to do is go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove all sites you have allowed to send you these notifications.
