Doesn't have Input layout which matches Physical Keyboard layout

I bought a MacBook pro M2 in early 2023 from Dubai. Physical Keyboard is different and as per box it says it was made in Ireland.

I tried all keyboard input layout but the problem is that I am not finding the right input language which matches the Physical Keyboard layout.

I contacted Apple customer care but they are also not able to identify the input language which matches physical keyboard.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4

The keyboard is French but modified by someone to make it qwerty instead of azerty. Apple has never produced machines with such keyboards, and no Apple machine would have an input source to match it.

You should return this non-standard machine if possible.

If you want or have to keep it, you can make a custom input source to match the printing on its keys with
