Printing keychain passwords from iPad
I no longer have a laptop, as I only use my iPad or iPhone. How do I print a list of my keychain passwords from an iPad?

iOS/iPadOS offers no facility to export or directly print saved Passwords/credentials that are saved in your keychain.
Unless you have access to a Mac computer and are signed-in with your own AppleID - you'll not be able to print your saved Passwords.
As is, your only option is to painstakingly copy and paste credentials to a document that you can subsequently print. Note that this manual process is (a) prone to error, and (b) introduces a security risk in that the electronic document containing this sensitive information is potentially vulnerable to compromise.

There are other Password Managers from which to choose - some better than others. While there are some good alternatives from which to choose - and can work alongside Keychain - none of the third-party alternatives offer the full integration that you enjoy with Apple's keychain.
Perhaps consider Bitwarden Password Manager:

Bitwarden is well respected. This Password Manager offers most of its functionality without cost for individual use. Paid tiers provide access to more advanced functionality at sensible cost.
Bummer! Thanks for your reply. Not what I wanted to hear, but most appreciated. Better to find a different password keeper, it seems.
