Available credit doesn’t match account balance after redeeming from gift card

Per the header, I’ve had an initial balance of $1.07, and then added a $25 gift card, which should have resulted in a total balance of $26.07. However, I noticed that while the "account balance" reflects the $26.07, the "credit" amount is not showing the full $26.07… has anyone encountered this before, and could share their solution in reconciling the figures?

I’ve tried logging out of the App Store / iTunes Store before re-logging in, but that yielded no results. Likewise with restarting my device. Some advice would be really appreciated!
