Account has multiple charges from Apple and Apple.com

I have multiple charges from Apple and Apple.com. Most of them are for $19.99 but there are some for $49.99 as well. Luckily I keep my credit cards locked so none of the charges were paid. I am worried that I might leave my account unlocked by accident and these charges will be paid. I don’t know who to reach out to. My credit card says to call Apple. Apple says it’s not them creating these charges so what can I do?

If the charges do not appear in your purchase history here:

Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support

and you have contacted Apple and the charges did not originate from them:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Then, the charges are scams that would have to be resolved or disputed with the bank of your card. It is not unusual for a scam charge to appear like it comes from a well known company as those are less likely to be disputed. Follow up with your bank in case your card has been compromised so you don't receive additional charges and if the charges are fraudulent they will want to issue you a different card number.

If the charges do not show in your Apple purchase history, then someone has gained access to you card/account number and is stealing from you, and it is not Apple. It is a decade-old scam. It happened to us

My credit card says to call Apple.

If a scam, that will not help. If you card issuer is unaware of this long-standing scam, I would shop for a new institution. See:
