Refund request for app
Downloaded app from App Store, then found out it requires a subscription to function, and I don’t want that. Need a refund of $21.78, please

Has it already actually charged you?
Most apps with subscriptions will have a free trail before they actually charge you.
If it has not charged you, then there would be nothing to refund, and you can just cancel the subscription before it does charge you.
The first thing to do, is to cancel the subscription, then you can request a refund.
