FaceTime audio is not available on my iPhone

I don’t have facetime audio in my mobile and I can’t able to add people

FaceTime audio is the same as FaceTime video , when you place a FaceTime there is an option to choice one of the other video or audio FaceTime , to make work you should log in with your Apple 🆔 in settings/ FaceTime and using your phone number and Apple 🆔

FaceTime audio will not be available on a device that was originally sold for the China market. Was your device purchased in China?
