Please is there a way to retrieve my tabs. It disappeared and I have very important tabs opened. I’ve tried holding down the + in safari browser it’s not bringing any recently closed browser. Any suggestions or chances of recovering these tabs please ?

If the recently closed tabs are not showing when you press and hold the plus sign, I think you're out of luck. If you have another Apple device with the same Apple ID and you're syncing Safari, you can check on that device.
Bottom right corner - click the little square like you’re opening up a new tab and open a fresh one - then scroll down that page past whatever favorites you may have to where it says READING LIST. and click to the right of that where it says “show all.” up at the top I believe there should be three little icons in like a gray box. I think the one in the middle looks like an open book but then the one on the far right kind of looks like a clock that should show you organized by day each of the different websites you visited so it’s not necessarily the exact same tabs, but it does give you an overall rundown of like webpage more or less
edit: fresh page that opens up when you start a new tab is called the start page, lol and the page that I directed you to the end here is essentially a page that lets you customize your start page and you can literally turn on or toggle on the feature, that would list your recently visited pages to show up on your start page. Have you looked under File: and looked at the options that it offers to try to resurrect the Tabs. The sites you were on should also be in your history.

No, that's not really browsing history. That shows you what domains used how much data. You can't tell from that list what pages you looked at in those domains or when.

What do you mean by "File?"There is no "File" menu in Safari on an iPhone.
Your right, but just cursing through Safari on my iPhone go to the Safari in settings and scroll to the bottom where you see Advanced. On the next screen that appears click on Website Data and it should reveal you history.
I should add that you can get tabs on Safari for the iPhone in lanscapeb mode. There is an option for it as well in settings.
