Unable to remove Podcast App from MacBook
can't remove podcast.app from macbook. Have tried cmd+delete, dragging app into trash. Can't find fix to problem of constant pw prompts to use the app

Podcasts can’t be removed because it’s “required by macOS.”
Whether or not you believe that to be true (I don’t), the system won’t let your uninstall the app, so it’s not worth your time to try to do so.
If you’re having other issues with the Podcasts app, there may or may not be other steps you can take to diagnose and fix the issue.
