How to locate a friend with their iPhone
How can I find my friend location with just there iPhone email I haven’t heard from them in a month & we talk everyday

You would have had to previously set up Location Sharing to use your Find My application that would show your friend's location. You will not be able to use the iPhone email to track the device. That would be a huge privacy issue if all you needed was a person's email address to be able to track them.
