After allowing all in app purchases and the ability to download apps without requesting permission, the App Store icon won’t appear on the Home Screen or in the App Library. I can see it in setting when scrolling down to apps, it’s next to the wallet app. I’ve already looked at other people’s questions about this and tried all the suggestions but nothing is working.

You may have set Screen Time Restrictions for App Store Purchases.
