How do I fix an unresponsive touch screen on my Apple Watch?
Apple Watch touch screen won’t unlock have reset it by holding in both buttons but still won’t unlock

Have you tried a forced restart?
hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If this is not working the watch might need hardware service
