Can I download data from the Apple Health app?
My medical provider (U of U Medical Center) is not signed up but my doctor wants to review the data. Can I download the data to a spreadsheet on my computer?

Yes, Apple gives a method for exporting Health data in XML format.

Sorry I don't know whether your spreadsheet app cam handle XML data.
