How to find serial number on iPhone?
Hi apple support team I want to know more about my device serial number if it is active or not active or if is it blocked or not

First, this is a user to user forum, not official Apple Support.
As far as I know a serial number is always active, unless maybe it has been used in the production of fake devices. See what it says here Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
Blocked by whom? Apple does not block devices and certainly not by serial number. All it does with serial numbers is identify particular devices in service situations. Carriers may block devices but I think they use the IMEI number, not serial numbers. That kind of blocking is completely outside anything Apple does.
